I have deep nasolabial folds next to my nose.

코 옆에 팔자 주름이 깊게 패여서요

I want to get fillers.

After digging through tons of reviews, I found many posts saying that because the nasolabial fold area involves so much mouth movement, the filler gets pushed upwards after injection, making the cheeks look even more bulging and giving the impression an awkward, monkey-like look. There were also reviews mentioning that while it looks fine when you're still, the injected area bulges out intensely when you smile, causing a terrible foreign body sensation...

I'm not sure if this is an issue with the injection volume, or if it's a technical problem caused by injecting it shallowly instead of properly into the deeper layers. I'm wondering if it would be better to fill it naturally with something like Juvelook Volume or thread lifting instead of fillers, but since I've heard fillers are the surefire cure for deep wrinkles, I'm really conflicted.

I really don't want to end up spending money to melt it back down after messing up my facial lines trying to smooth out wrinkles for no reason.
