Will getting Botox definitely smooth out my deepening forehead wrinkles between my eyebrows? Please share your experience.
I am planning to get Botox. I think I’ve developed a habit of frowning unconsciously when looking at a computer monitor or concentrating. Even when I’m still, faint lines have started to appear between my eyebrows, and fine wrinkles on my forehead are catching my eye. Every time I look in the mirror, I feel like I look much older. I’m worried that if I leave it like this, the wrinkles will settle into deep furrows, so I’m planning to get the Botox treatment that everyone recommends as a preventative measure. Now that I’ve actually made up my mind, I’m worried that since it works by temporarily paralyzing muscles, my eyelids might droop heavily after the injection, or that my expression might look too cold when I’m expressionless. I’m also curious about how long any discomfort or stiffness I might experience during daily life after the procedure lasts.
Even though Botox is the most popular procedure and I try to take it lightly, perhaps because it is applied to the face, I find myself being surprisingly careful starting from the very beginning when choosing a clinic. Haha.
