Fillers for sunken cheeks... do people advise against it? Or is it recommended for them?

Lately, as I've lost weight, the sides of my cheeks have sunk in, and I'm so stressed because I look like a skeleton. Every time I take a picture, only my cheekbones stick out, and my impression looks so harsh; it's driving me crazy.

I've been frantically searching for filler-related posts for a week now because I want to get back the naturally smooth lines I used to have. However, when I actually look at reviews, opinions are sharply divided between those saying "fillers are the surefire cure for sunken areas" and those saying "absolutely do not get them because they sag over time."

I haven't been able to make the payment because I'm worried that getting fillers might result in bruising, swelling, or unevenness. For those of you who have also gotten fillers for sunken cheeks or to refine your lines, are you satisfied? I'm really curious if you've been able to maintain the results for a long time without them dissolving.
