For those of you who get fillers regularly, how do you manage bruising?

I am considering getting a little filler injected into my nasolabial folds and sunken cheeks. I am tempted because I heard that getting it done lightly after work or on the weekend can subtly improve your appearance. Since I have to go to work every day, my biggest concern is how long the bruising and swelling will last. I heard that if something goes wrong and it feels foreign or settles strangely, I might have to get a procedure to dissolve it, but from what I’ve heard from people who have actually had fillers dissolved, that is quite a hassle.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some realistic comments on whether you had any trouble going back to work or going about your daily life immediately after getting fillers, and how long the effects usually last.
