I am considering getting Botox, and I am wondering if the effects are natural for men as well.
Since I have to take a lot of photos at work, I am becoming increasingly self-conscious about the wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyebrows. Having heard that many men get Botox, I am considering it for the first time. I know that Botox is a procedure that smooths out wrinkles by temporarily relaxing muscles, but I am curious to know how natural the results look when injected into the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes—specifically for a male face—and whether my facial expressions will look unnatural.
I have also heard that the effects of Botox usually appear 3 to 7 days after the procedure and last for about 3 to 6 months. I would like to know if it is actually appropriate to get Botox every few months for men, and if getting it too frequently could cause side effects such as excessive muscle weakening.
I am also concerned about the cost, so I am wondering what the average price is for one Botox injection in each area—forehead, glabella, and eye area—and whether it is more advantageous to get a package deal when treating two or three areas at once.
Finally, I would appreciate it if you could advise on how many days I should refrain from activities such as exercise, saunas, and drinking alcohol after receiving Botox, and also clarify how much caution I actually need to take, as there are claims that rubbing the treated area or the position in which one lies can cause the Botox to spread.
