Please give me an honest recommendation for lip fillers!!

My lips are in their current state as I have never had lip fillers in my life haha. Please give me some honest lip filler recommendations!

I'm also curious if there is a difference between domestic and foreign Botox, just like with fillers haha.

Do I need touch-ups, and what is the best schedule for them?

Also, since I've only had nose fillers, please compare the intensity of lip fillers to nose fillers. I'm a total coward, so I'm really scared.

Also, my lips tend to be dry, so even though I apply lip balm thoroughly every day, they remain dry and flaky, and I have a habit of them flaking off!

Would this be okay? My lips aren't too thin, but on the other hand, they aren't plump either, so I've been conflicted lately haha.
