I am in my late 30s and would like to inquire about care for dry skin and deepening fine lines!

Since entering my late 30s, I can personally feel that my skin's internal dryness has become much more severe than before. My face feels tight right after washing, and because it is so parched, fine lines around my eyes, forehead, and mouth are becoming increasingly deep.
