My biggest concern is that the shape might get messed up.
My nose bridge line looks a bit off whenever I take a side profile photo, so I've been wavering between nose surgery and fillers for the past few months.
I just can't muster the courage for surgery because of the implants and the worry about suffering from rhinitis or side effects, so I'm leaning towards nose fillers.
My biggest concern is that since the skin on the nose is thin, I’m worried it might become blunt and spread out to the sides or lose its shape later on.
For those of you who have had fillers injected into the bridge or tip of the nose, does the defined line last for a long time without spreading?
Are there many people who have dissolved it and switched to surgery, or is the satisfaction higher if I maintain it with periodic light touch-ups?
