For nasolabial folds that deepen when smiling, would fillers or thread lifting be better?
Hello. Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I am worried because the nasolabial folds running from the side of my nose down to the corners of my mouth seem to have gotten too deep.
In the past, the lines seemed to appear only slightly when I smiled, but lately, they are clearly visible even when I am still, and when I wear makeup, foundation gets stuck in the wrinkles. It makes me look older and gives me a grumpy impression, so I am very stressed about it.
In such cases, it is difficult to determine whether getting the commonly known nasolabial fold filler would be effective, or if it would be better to combine it with thread lifting to lift sagging skin or other skin tightening lasers.
While it would be most accurate to see you in person for a consultation regarding my condition, I am writing to inquire about a general direction for recommended procedures. I look forward to your reply. Thank you!
