Has anyone had under-eye filler re-treatment?

I previously got fillers for hollowness under my eyes, but as time passed, it seems to have clumped a bit and the edges feel slightly bumpy, so I am considering getting a re-treatment.

Every time I look in the mirror, that part looks slightly sunken or see-through, so I'm not sure if it would be better to completely dissolve it and fill it in neatly again, or if I can just fill in the 부족한 parts slightly like a touch-up without dissolving it.

I'm worried that if I dissolve it, my skin might sag even more or I'll just suffer, but on the other hand, if I just cover it up, it might become even more bumpy, so it's really hard to make a decision.

Has anyone had fillers around or under their eyes dissolved and received a re-treatment? I'm curious if people usually dissolve all of it and get new injections, or if they just had the edges smoothed out.
