Is skin Botox effective even around the nose area, which has a lot of sebum?

Sebum around my nose rises quickly, making my pores look enlarged, so I am curious about the effects of skin botox. My skin looks relatively clean when I wash my face and apply makeup in the morning, but by lunchtime, my nose and the sides start getting shiny, and by the afternoon, each pore looks even more distinct.

I was concerned about sebum, so I tried using pore packs and sebum removal products, but even though it looked a little clean on that day, it quickly returned to its original state.

Actually, doing it too often makes my skin sting and dry, so these days I don't touch it carelessly.

Then I found out about Skin Botox. Would Skin Botox be effective for these oily skin and pore concerns?
