Is Skin Botox effective even for skin with internal dryness?

I am curious about the effects of skin Botox, but I would like to ask if it is okay for me to receive it since I tend to have internal dryness. My cheeks feel quite tight right after washing my face, but after a while, oil and sebum start to rise around my nose.

So, the sides of my nose are oily and my pores are very visible, while my cheeks, on the other hand, are dry and rough, making my pores stand out even more. If I apply too much moisturizer, my nose feels stuffy, but if I use a light cream, my cheeks feel too tight, so home care isn't easy at all.

Can I receive Skin Botox on skin that is both oily and dry, like in the photo I uploaded?

I am a little worried that even if Skin Botox helps with sebum and pores, it might actually make my skin drier. I am also curious if there are cases where I need to address internal dryness or manage my skin barrier before getting Skin Botox, and what the best way to moisturize or soothe the skin is after the procedure.
