Is Skin Botox effective even for rough skin texture?

I am concerned about my pores, but lately I have been more worried about the rough skin texture around my nose and cheeks, so I am inquiring about skin Botox. I don't have any major blemishes or deep scars on my skin, but when viewed up close, my pores appear fine, and the surface of my skin doesn't feel smooth.

When I take a picture of my face in bright light, my skin doesn't look smooth, and small bumps stand out, which is actually kind of stressful.

When I exfoliate, my skin seems to soften for about a day, but it returns to its original state after a few days, and doing it too often actually makes my skin sensitive. Can I expect Skin Botox to be effective for these kinds of skin texture concerns?

I am curious if Skin Botox also helps to naturally smooth the skin surface. I would also like to know if a difference is noticeable immediately after just one treatment, or if it takes some time to see changes in skin texture.
