Skin Botox for skin with acne scars

I have acne scars; is it okay for me to get Skin Botox? Since I have uneven scars and red marks remaining on my skin, I am concerned that Skin Botox might irritate it or worsen my skin condition. I would also like to know if Skin Botox actually helps to alleviate the acne scars themselves, or if it is a procedure primarily intended to improve pores, skin texture, and fine lines. If anyone has received Skin Botox on acne-scarred skin, please share your experiences regarding how your skin texture, pores, and scars changed after the procedure, and what the results were like. I am also curious if Skin Botox is possible even for severe scars, as people around me have mentioned that getting Stin Botox would help reduce them.
