I'm looking into Botox for wrinkles on the bridge of my nose, but won't it make my facial expression look awkward when I smile? Haha.

I tend to smile often when taking photos, but recently I’ve started to get really self-conscious about the horizontal wrinkles forming on the bridge of my nose. They are barely visible normally, but when I smile broadly or squint, several lines appear above my nose.

Looking at old photos, I don't think it stood out this much, but lately, once I started noticing it, that's the only part I can see lol.

So I've been looking into nose bridge Botox, and I found that quite a few people have had it done, more than I expected haha.

What I worry about most is facial expressions.

I want to reduce my wrinkles, but I don't want my expression to look awkward because the movement around my nose disappears completely when I smile. If I get natural-looking Botox, is it possible to maintain my smile while just making the lines on the bridge of my nose slightly less visible?

I am also curious about when the effects of Botox start to appear. I would like to know if there are changes immediately after the treatment, or if the wrinkles on the bridge of the nose gradually become less pronounced after a few days.

Also, since the bridge of the nose is in the center of the face, I think any injection marks or small bruises would be really noticeable haha. For those who have actually had the procedure done, was it very noticeable right after the treatment?

I heard that the Botox procedure itself is short, but I am also curious about how painful the bridge of the nose is.

Rather than having my wrinkles disappear completely, I just want them not to become too deep when I smile. I don't want people to immediately notice that I've had Botox; I think I'll be satisfied if I just look a little cleaner than before in photos.

If anyone has consistently received Botox on the bridge of the nose, please let me know how long the effects lasted!!
