I'm considering getting Botox for fine lines under my eyes, but won't my eye shape change when I smile?

Lately, I keep getting self-conscious about the area under my eyes while applying makeup.

It looks fine in the morning after applying concealer, but by the afternoon, I notice the makeup has settled into the fine lines under my eyes. Even if I gently blend it out with my finger, it only works for a moment, and the lines reappear when I smile.
