Does the effect of skin Botox last a long time?

Lately, whenever I apply makeup, the pores in the butterfly zone next to my nose look too prominent, and the fine lines that appear when I smile are really bothering me. I'm afraid that regular Botox, which paralyzes muscles, might make my facial expressions look unnatural, so I'm looking into Skin Botox because I heard it looks more natural when injected thinly into the skin's surface.
