If I get fillers for my nasolabial folds, do the effects last a long time?

As I get older and the aging process progresses... the nasolabial folds around my mouth have gradually deepened, and now they are so deep that they can no longer be covered with makeup. It makes me increasingly upset every time I look at them.

Because the lines are so defined, I look more weary and much older than I actually am, which is upsetting. I am considering getting filler injections to fill in the wrinkles.

Since it is an injection procedure, I am worried that my facial expressions might look unnatural or that I might get severe bruising.
