Is it effective to get skin Botox for the pores in the butterfly zone that explode with oil every afternoon?

Am I the only one whose T-zone and butterfly zone get so oily by the afternoon that my makeup completely falls apart and my pores look gaping open?

I can't manage it at all even with blotting paper or matte powder, so I'm seriously looking for information on whether I should get skin Botox.
