I'm debating between laser and fillers for my neck wrinkles. Which one would be more effective?

Hello members! I am looking into treatments because I am under a lot of stress due to the neck wrinkles getting deeper every time I look in the mirror.

Since the skin on the neck is thinner and more sensitive than other areas, it is very difficult to choose which procedure to get. I am currently debating between laser lifting (such as Shurink or Ulthera) and neck wrinkle fillers.

Which procedure offers higher satisfaction for deep horizontal neck wrinkles and overall loss of elasticity, respectively?

I am also curious if there is a significant difference between the two procedures in terms of the duration of the results or the recovery period (how noticeable the results are after the procedure).
