My upper lip is too thin, so I'm debating between lip fillers and corner-of-the-mouth fillers.
Lately, I've been constantly self-conscious about how thin my upper lip is, so I'm considering getting lip fillers. My upper lip has always been quite thin compared to my lower lip, but when I take photos or smile, it feels like my upper lip is almost non-existent. It's actually a bit stressful because my lips don't look as pretty as I expected even when I apply lip products.
Also, since the corners of my mouth tend to droop slightly, I look expressionless or a bit tired when I'm not doing anything, so I'm looking into lip corner fillers as well. I'm wondering if doing both together would balance the overall look of my lips and make my impression a little softer.
However, since this is my first time getting fillers, I don't want them to swell up too much or look unnatural. I would prefer to add volume to my upper lip naturally while slightly refining the corners of my mouth. If anyone with very thin upper lips has received lip fillers, I am curious to know how much volume they used and whether getting lip corner fillers at the same time would look natural. I would also appreciate hearing about your experiences regarding the duration of the results, swelling, and bruising.
