I have fine wrinkles that spread out to the corners of my eyes when I smile. Can eye area Botox prevent this?

Because I laugh a lot by nature, the crow's feet wrinkles that spread out like a fan at the outer corners of my eyes have gotten out of control. Haha. Maybe it's because the skin around my eyes is so paper-thin, but even a brief, wide smile leaves the marks fold right in, leaving behind fine lines. Even if I apply a thin layer of concealer, the makeup cracks and settles into the wrinkles, so by the afternoon, the area around my eyes looks so old. Even applying a generous amount of eye cream doesn't help at all with home care for the wrinkles caused by muscle movement. I heard that if eye Botox is injected incorrectly, your eyes might not close completely when you smile or look unnatural; will this look natural?
