Will the side cheeks become smooth with fillers?

The fat under my cheekbones and on the sides of my face has completely disappeared, leaving me with a skeletal figure.

My weight hasn't changed, but as I've gotten older, the flesh on the inner part of my cheeks has mysteriously vanished, turning my face into a bumpy, gourd-like shape. Because the area right below my cheekbones is deeply sunken, my jawline and cheekbones stand out roughly in comparison, making my overall impression look fierce and aged. My wish is to be able to tuck my hair neatly behind my ears, but since my profile is so gaunt, I feel suffocated having to cover my cheeks with my hair like a curtain all year round. Even when I try to gain weight, it only sticks to my stomach and chin; my sunken cheeks never return... *sigh*... Did the lines get filled in cleanly without any foreign body sensation when chewing or sagging?
