How painful is Botox and how long does the procedure take? Is it manageable for someone who gets scared? lol

I'm seriously so scared of needles lol

I've heard a lot that Botox is quick and simple, so I really want to try it, but the thought of getting injections in my face makes me unable to click the booking button.

My friend says it's no big deal because it'll be over quickly, but since they're the type of person who handles shots well anyway, I don't believe them at all haha.

How painful is it actually when getting Botox?

I'm also curious if it just stings briefly and then stops, or if the pain persists because I get multiple injections.

I have a low tolerance for pain, so I was looking into whether there are cases where anesthesia is used before the procedure, but I found that many people just get Botox right away.

If I tell them I'm a scaredy-cat, will they go a little slower? Haha

And I am curious how many minutes the Botox procedure itself actually takes.

I would like to know if I should expect about an hour including consultation and preparation time, or if it is possible to stop by briefly after work.

I am also curious if there is a tingling or throbbing sensation in the face after the procedure is finished.

I would also like to know if there will be any inconvenience when washing my face or applying makeup the next day.

Is it possible for injection marks to look like dots or for bruises to form?

I'm also a little worried that if I get it done on a weekday, it might be noticeable when I go to work the next day.

I am curious if there are any people who went to an appointment right after getting Botox.

For me, getting through the procedure itself is actually the biggest hurdle, rather than the results haha.

I’d like to try it if the pain is manageable. Are there any people who actually experienced it and found it much simpler than they were afraid to try?
