Are there many people who get Botox in multiple places at once when getting it for the first time?

At first, I was only thinking of one place, but as I look into Botox, the places I'm concerned about keep increasing lol

Originally, I only intended to manage the wrinkles that appear when making facial expressions, but the more I look in the mirror, the more I notice other areas, so I think it might be more convenient to treat multiple spots at once.

However, I'm a little worried that if I do it in multiple places at once from the start, my facial expression might look too awkward.
