My chin becomes bumpy when I speak or smile (Inquiry about pebble chin)
Hello, I am writing to inquire about something that bothers me when I look in the mirror or take photos.
The thing is, when I speak, laugh, or unconsciously close my mouth, the muscles at the tip of my chin tense up, causing bumpy, pebble-shaped (walnut-shaped) wrinkles to form. It looks fine when I'm still, but the surface of my chin becomes rough only when I make facial expressions or tense my lips, which makes my impression look a bit harsh and is stressing me out.
I heard that these symptoms can be improved with Botox, so I am wondering if getting Botox for a cobblestone chin can make the tip of the chin smooth. I would also appreciate it if you could explain when the effects usually appear and how long they last, as well as if there are any side effects that might interfere with daily life or that I should be aware of (such as awkward pronunciation or swallowing). I know you are busy, but please reply. take care!
