I’m tempted by the idea that even a small injection of Botox around the eyes can tighten them, but I’m afraid that if I get it done incorrectly and my orbicularis oculi muscle gets paralyzed, I’ll end up with a robotic expression—my mouth smiling while my eyes remain fiercely still—when I smile broadly. I want to know if I need to receive the injection in very finely divided doses, or if there is a specific procedural technique, to precisely tighten these fine wrinkles without making my eyes look fierce.
