My eye area is really cracking; is replenishing moisture a feature of Quad Say?

I'm going crazy with stress because, perhaps due to my thinning skin barrier, tiny fine lines have appeared around my eyes and mouth much more than before from the summer air conditioning drafts ㅠㅠ No matter how thickly I apply moisturizer, the tightness deep inside just won't go away lol.
