My cheeks feel tight when I turn on the heater, but only the area around my nose is shiny. I am inquiring about skin Botox.
Hello. I am a man in my late 30s working at a company.
My skin has been a bit tricky lately since we started turning on the heater in the office. My cheeks feel tight by the afternoon, but the area around my nose and the inner parts of my cheeks actually get shiny.
When I look in the bathroom mirror after lunch, the pores next to my nose look even more enlarged. Even if I wipe it once with an oil blotting paper, the oil comes back after about an hour.
I'm uploading a photo as well. This is roughly what it looks like from the office in the afternoon.
I heard that skin Botox is also used for sebum control, so I'm thinking of getting a consultation. I'm wondering if it's suitable for skin like mine, which has both tight and oily areas.
I would also like to know if it fits the entire face, or if I can choose to get it injected only in necessary areas, such as around the nose.
I am also curious if I can return to work immediately after the injection, and if any marks remain, how long they last. I would appreciate it if you could let me know when the effects are usually felt and how often I should get them again.
Please let me know if there is anything I should know in advance when going for a consultation. I will take your reply into consideration.

- 01CommentsYou asked a great question about whether it is advisable to start managing it proactively when faint lines begin to appear between the eyebrows even when expressionless. I am also concerned about vertical wrinkles, so I would like to refer to answers regarding whether eyebrows can feel heavy after wrinkle Botox and how long the effects last.280026.11.02

- 01CommentsSince wrinkles around the mouth are in an area that moves a lot when speaking or smiling, I imagine you are most concerned about whether your facial expressions will look natural after the procedure. The choice between Botox and fillers depends on the cause of the wrinkles, so I recommend consulting with a doctor to compare recovery times and lasting effects.550026.10.30

- 03CommentsI also wanted to know how to distinguish during a consultation whether the vertical fine lines around the mouth are caused by dryness or muscle movement. Since I am also bothered by vertical wrinkles, I would appreciate it if you could provide a response regarding whether the consultation focuses on wrinkle Botox or skin Botox.1650026.11.01
