Please explain if resistance develops if I continue to receive wrinkle Botox injections.

I have a lot of wrinkles on my face, so I am considering getting wrinkle Botox regularly. However, I have heard that resistance develops over time and the effects diminish, so I am writing this post to learn about this from the very beginning.
I noticed in the announcement that this is a domestically produced Botox with reduced resistance. I would like to know how it differs from other Botox products. Please also explain whether resistance is related to the injection interval or dosage, and whether it is advisable to avoid getting injections too frequently before the effect wears off.
Since I am on the older side and will likely be managing my skin for a long time, I am wondering if the specific products to use are decided in advance during the initial consultation. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if methods are switched if resistance seems to develop, and how I should manage my condition.
