Do you exercise every day??

I exercise every day, and I change the area I focus on each day.

I do a variety of exercises, such as dumbbells, running, climbing stairs, and walking.

Yesterday I did a full body workout with 3kg dumbbells...

Maybe that's why... my upper body aches and my muscles ache.

But this muscle pain is just fun.

Because it's proof that you exercised properly.

It's also fun... (though tiring)

Do you enjoy the muscle soreness that comes with exercise?

Muscle pain like this needs to be relieved through exercise~
