I'm on a diet that I've been putting off!
I get very stressed when I go on a diet.
Rather than obsessing over the weight numbers,
I'm going to try to focus on changing my lifestyle habits.
I'm going to try making some light changes to my diet and exercising.
It is essential to follow a diet that prohibits overeating and late-night snacking.
Rather than eating less for breakfast and lunch, I focused on eating a balanced meal.
I eat eggs for breakfast, and I eat lunch as usual after work.
But I eat it in reduced amounts.
For exercise, I challenge myself to walk for at least 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week!
I use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever I go somewhere.
These little habits add up
