I'm looking for reviews of acne treatments because of adult skin trouble ㅠㅠ

I never had breakouts even during my school days, but now that I'm in my 30s, they've suddenly popped up all over my chin and cheeks, and it's driving me absolutely crazy ㅠㅠ. I tried to squeeze them out at home with cotton swabs, and now they've left dark pigmentation, making my skin look exactly like the surface of the moon.
