In my early 20s, I naively squeezed my blemishes with my hands, leaving me with really severe pitted scars on both cheeks ㅠㅠ. Now that the weather is getting warmer, foundation gets stuck in the scars, making them look even messier, and I'm incredibly stressed about it. I've heard that going to a dermatologist is the absolute answer for scar treatment, so I'm looking into it, but I'm totally terrified because there are so many horror stories about how painful it is lol. Since the scars are deep, I don't think one or two sessions will be nearly enough, but I'm looking for something that helps new skin grow...
