How long does the redness last after an acne treatment? ㅠㅠㅠ

I am planning to get an acne treatment for the first time, and my biggest concern is redness. My skin is naturally quite sensitive and turns red easily with even the slightest irritation, so it is really important to me how noticeable the results will be on my face after the procedure. I have to go to work and meet people often, so I think it would be a huge burden if the marks linger for too long.

I am particularly worried that acne treatments like extractions or anti-inflammatory injections will cause immediate redness, and that it will last even longer if laser treatment is combined with them. Some people say it gets better in a day or two, while others say it lasts for nearly a week, so I'm really confused lol. I'm also curious if it depends on skin type or if there is a significant difference depending on the type of acne treatment.

I would be so upset if I got an acne treatment right before an important appointment and my face ended up looking worse. I want to know if it is something that can be covered with cushion foundation, or if it is severe enough that even applying makeup is difficult.
