How much should I expect to pay for pore treatments to get rid of orange peel-like skin?

As summer approaches, the large pores on my nose and butterfly zone stand out even more, making me afraid to look in the mirror. No matter how meticulously I apply primer, my makeup crumbles by the afternoon, revealing my skin—like an orange peel with holes all over it—in stark detail.

I am tired of covering them up with makeup, so I am seriously considering dermatological procedures to find a fundamental solution. There are so many different types that I am at a loss as to which one to choose, so I would like to ask those of you with experience roughly how much I should budget for these pore treatments to see overall results.

I heard that one session isn't nearly enough and that I need to sign up for a package of at least 3 to 5, but the credit card bill is terrifying. Still, if I can truly have skin as smooth as a peeled egg, I am willing to pay it.
