Would people in their early 30s like me be eligible for anti-aging treatment recommendations?
Recently, when I looked in the mirror, I noticed fine lines around my eyes and the corners of my mouth seemed to be sagging, so I started to fear aging. I am just in my early 30s, and I am worried that it might be too early to start anti-aging treatments already.
I am curious about the typical age range recommended for anti-aging treatments, and whether starting preventive care now will have a greater effect later on.
I'm worried that if I start too early, it won't be effective when I really need it later. Among anti-aging treatments, what is the most suitable and least burdensome procedure for tackling early signs of aging like mine? Would a skin booster be better than a lifting laser? I just want to start taking care of my skin before it's too late to maintain firm skin for a long time. I would appreciate your wise advice, experts!
