Lately, I’ve started to get really scared seeing handfuls of hair falling into the drain every time I wash my hair. The hairdresser also told me that the volume at the crown of my head has dropped significantly compared to before and that my scalp looks thin, which is causing me a lot of stress. I have switched shampoos and am taking supplements, but it seems there is a limit to how much can be done on hair that has already thinned, so I am seriously considering a hair loss treatment that directly nourishes the scalp.
