Would I be a good candidate for acne treatment?

When I was a student, I had flawless skin that didn't get a single pimple, but perhaps because of the stress I experienced after starting my professional life, pustular acne suddenly started breaking out all over my face.

I’ve tried changing my diet and switching all my basic skincare products to expensive ones, but there is absolutely no sign of it calming down, and it is so distressing. I feel like I’m going to get depressed because of the bumpy inflammations I can feel every time I wash my face.

I have tried squeezing and taking medication, but the acne keeps recurring. I am wondering if I would qualify for a recommendation for full-scale acne treatments, such as laser therapy or scaling, at a hospital in this situation.

I'm scared that if I just leave it alone, it will leave a scar. Is getting anti-inflammatory injections and controlling the sebaceous glands the answer? Even if I have to spend money at a dermatologist, I really want to get rid of this completely this time.

I would love to hear stories from those who, like me, suffered from sudden breakouts of adult skin trouble but found relief through medical treatment. If there is an effective acne procedure, I will go and pay for it without hesitation, so please feel free to share all the great tips and information about various acne treatments.
