Is the satisfaction level with acne scar treatments generally good?

I get stressed about my acne scars every time I look in the mirror or take a picture. I guess getting a procedure is the only solution, right?
I did some research and heard that there are significant differences in skill levels and wide variations in prices depending on the hospital or doctor.
There are so many types of procedures, it's really confusing lol
I figured since I'm getting it done anyway, I might as well get it done properly, so for the past few days, I've been constantly searching for reviews on acne scar treatments.
My biggest concern is the slightly reddish scar remaining on my chin. In cases like this, is the satisfaction rate for acne scar treatment usually high?
My skin is a bit sensitive, so I'm scared of procedures that are too stimulating... but I'm also worried that if I get a mild treatment, it won't be very effective.
