How effective is the hair loss treatment for the hairline?

To others, my hair looks really thick. But the problem is my bangs...

Even when I go to the hair salon, they touch my hair and say, "You have so much hair," but then point out that my bangs aren't very thick... When I was younger, I used to cover it up by wearing my bangs down, but now that I'm working, I can't keep them down forever. So, I want to get hair loss treatment and confidently pull my hair back, but looking at the reviews, it seems like hair loss treatments are usually done on the crown or across the entire head.

Can hair loss treatments be effective on the forehead, or hairline?

Since it's bangs, I'm not even hoping for them to get thicker; I'd just like a lot of baby hairs to grow out. Having baby hairs makes my forehead look less bare.

Also, given the nature of hair loss treatments, I understand that pain is inevitable, but will the pain be more severe along the hairline? I am also curious about the intervals between sessions and how many treatments I would need for fine hairs to grow and fill in the bald spots.

Also, how much should I expect to pay for a hairline hair loss treatment?
