How satisfied are you with Pico Toning for removing facial blemishes?

The weather was nice so I spent every weekend out and about, but even though I wore a wide-brimmed hat, my freckles really flared up ㅠㅠ No matter how meticulously I apply sunscreen, there seems to be a limit; my cheekbones have turned dark and are hard to cover even with makeup lol.
