Small, dot-like brown spots have increased next to my nostrils. How can I distinguish them during a laser consultation?
Lately, when I remove my makeup, I notice a few small, brown, dot-like blemishes scattered on the front of my cheeks, right next to my nostrils. They aren't large individually, but they seem to have increased in number compared to before. As my skin has become drier and duller since late autumn, they feel even more noticeable. I have previously considered pigmentation issues on my cheekbones and temples, but since the skin next to my nose is thin and prone to redness, I am unsure what criteria I should use for a consultation.
I am wondering if it is possible to get a consultation for laser treatment for blemishes on areas prone to redness, such as the side of the nose.
- How do you distinguish between blemishes and freckles that look like small dots, and regular moles during a consultation?
- If I start during the cold season, how can I be advised on managing dryness or irritation?
Besides sun protection, are there any other things I should pay attention to at home before the consultation?

- 02CommentsEven for a small brown area next to the nose, it is difficult to distinguish between a mole, freckle, or other pigmentation based solely on a photo, so please get a medical examination first. Providing information on when the spots increased, previous photos, and the products you used will be helpful for the consultation. For areas prone to redness, it would be beneficial to check not only the type of pigmentation but also the current state of irritation, and to receive guidance on criteria for postponing laser treatments and moisturizing methods.160026.11.02

- 02CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!7080026.10.22
