What treatments are suitable for the pores on the nose?

I generally have visible pores, but the ones around my nose are my biggest concern. I have tried skincare and pore care products, but they only provide temporary improvements, and since there seem to be limitations in actually improving the visible pores themselves, I am considering a procedure.

I experience significant stress, especially when applying makeup. It feels like my pores are actually more prominent when I apply foundation or cushion compared to when I have a bare face. I try to achieve a clean finish, but often the makeup settles into the pores around my nose, clumps, and flakes off over time, making the pores stand out even more and resulting in my skin looking messy. Applying thick layers of makeup to cover the pores feels even more stifling and seems to emphasize them further, making it difficult to achieve a natural, smooth complexion.
