Which of the two hair loss treatments would you recommend more?

My forehead has always been on the wider side, but as I've gotten older, the corners have gradually sunken in, distorting my hairline. Since my forehead takes up so much of my overall facial proportion, it has become a habit to cover it with my hand when walking on windy days. Filling it in with shading looks unnatural because the visible boundary lines are too obvious, and I am sick and tired of constantly worrying that it will smudge whenever I go swimming or to the gym. I spend every night searching through reviews, torn between getting forehead reduction surgery to tighten the skin or getting a hairline correction transplant to naturally fill in the line. I've heard that with a transplant, you need to select and plant thin hairs following the natural grain of your bangs to ensure it doesn't look unnatural. However, I feel overwhelmed about enduring the "dark period" during the graft survival time, and I'm wondering if it's even possible to have the surgery without it being noticeable while continuing my work life.
