I have dark blackheads embedded in my nose. Should I get sebum extraction or pore care?

Hello, I am writing to inquire because I am stressed every time I look in the mirror due to the blackheads filling my nose. Sebum tends to accumulate easily around my nose, so over time, the sebum oxidizes, making my nose look dark and dirty. I have tried using nose strips, rolling oil on the skin, and even squeezing them out with my fingers at home, but they only make the area look clean for a brief moment before quickly filling up with blackheads again. It is frustrating because it feels like my pores are actually getting wider. Even when I apply makeup, only the area around my nose gets white residue inside the pores or looks bumpy and flaky, so I am very self-conscious whenever I go out.
