Is Pico Toning effective for dull cheek skin tone?

Lately, my face looks duller overall than before, and the skin tone, especially the area extending from the sides of my nose to my cheeks, feels unclear, so I am looking into Pico Toning.

I don't have many very dark freckles or large blemishes, but my skin tone is uneven and looks a bit dark in places, so I am more self-conscious about it when I'm barefaced. Even on days when I moisturize sufficiently, the color difference remains visible, so I don't think it is simply due to dryness.

Can I expect Pico Toning to be effective even with this level of concern? I am curious whether Pico Toning is a procedure only for people with dark pigmentation, or if it is also frequently received by those with overall dull and uneven skin tones like mine.

I would like to know if I need to receive Pico Toning multiple times to see changes, and I am wondering if it is okay to try it just once initially and check my skin's reaction.
