Is Pico Toning effective for when I first start pigmentation management?

I have rarely received pigment laser treatments until now, but recently the areas around my nose and cheeks have become dull and I feel like light blemishes are starting to appear, so I am looking into Pico Toning for the first time.

Since the pigmentation isn't very severe yet, it's difficult to decide whether I should start managing it now or wait and see a little longer. I'm also hesitant to get more laser treatments than necessary.

Can I expect Pico Toning results even with this level of initial concern? I am also wondering if someone receiving Pico Toning for the first time can start with a relatively less burdensome method to observe the skin's reaction.

I would also like to know if you check my current pigmentation status and skin sensitivity before deciding whether to proceed with Pico Toning. Rather than making drastic changes, I want to manage my skin naturally without putting strain on it.
