Will the melasma treatment definitely be effective?

Hello, I am an adult male interested in melasma treatment. As I get older, I am concerned that wrinkles and melasma seem to be appearing. I am curious to know how satisfied those who have received melasma treatment were. I am also curious about the procedure; I received laser treatment to remove a mole a long time ago, so should I understand that the process is similar? If the procedure is similar, I think one session would be sufficient for melasma treatment. I would appreciate it if you could clarify if I am misunderstanding something.
