I have two or three dark circles under my eyes, making me look tired. Would it be okay to get a lifting procedure?

I am very concerned because the dark circles under my eyes, often in layers of two or three, make me look constantly tired and give me a gloomy impression. Since menopause, the area under my eyes has appeared even more sunken, and looking older has become a major source of stress. I find procedures like fillers too daunting, so I am wondering if this can be improved with a lifting procedure instead.
I have heard that lifting procedures are effective in improving skin elasticity and alleviating sagging, but I would like to know to what extent they can also help with dark circles under the eyes. I would appreciate your personal experiences or advice on whether lifting alone can improve a haggard appearance, or if combining it with fillers yields more natural results.
I am also curious about the recovery process and potential side effects after the lifting procedure, as well as the satisfaction levels of those who have actually undergone the treatment. It would be helpful if you could share your opinions on whether lifting can be a good alternative for those concerned about dark circles under their eyes.
